Pupusas! Get them right here. I tried every single one (queso con loroco, chicharron, revueltas) in both corn and rice flour and they were great and authentic. If it's your first time go with the corn flour because the rice ones can be a tad chewy and heavy on the uninitiated stomach. Don't forget to have a beer (Pilsener, Suprema, or Regia) Ricas las pupusas y tienen las tres cervezas salvadorenas conocidas. Queda a la par de la pista go-kart! Tal vez lo unico que es algo caro pagar $2.50 por cada pupusa pero ese es el precio que se paga por dejar la casita y venirse a vivir y trabajar a los Estados Unidos.

I found out about this place outside of yelp, and upon seeing the reviews and having never tried Salvadorean food, had to give it a try. Glad I did. Went on a Friday night and it appeared fairly popular. I ordered 3 different pupusas: loroco, revuelta with shredded pork and revuelta with beef. All 3 with corn flour rather than rice. They came with some sauce on the side plus what I believe was their version of cole slaw ( made without mayo). I thoroughly enjoyed the pupusas, each was delicious and plenty big. At less than $3 these are great deal. Service was friendly, place was clean. Only complaint was that it took longer than it should have to receive the food. Would go back to try more.

The pupusas here are awesome and based on the mondongo and other dishes we ordered, the pususas are the're specialty.

Recently relocated and had a hard time finding a good pupuseria....until now. The place itself is kind of hidden in a run down strip mall, kind of homely looking but clean. The food which is why I go there is awsome! Truly authentic. The place is usually filled with all the local Salvadorian expats and the occasional mixed crowd but it is truly a hidden gem. Food pricing is very reasonable. Pupusas run like 2.25 a piece and they are pretty large. You can even get your fix for Salvadorian beer as they have Regia, suprema and Pilsener. If you are in town and looking for some deliciousness then check this place out.

Excellent pupusas and the camarones empanizados are great. Sopa de mondongo is just like they make it in Honduras/El Salvador. Everything is made to order. Fresh batidos and home made orchata. More cafeteria style setting but the food is gray and worth it to check out. I'll be back to try the pescado frito.

i was told by a tour guide to get seafood in south florida. i took the 10th avenue exit after seeing a sign for a seafood restaurant, but immediately braked and turned when i saw the word "pupusas." can you go to a pupuceria and NOT order pupusas? i think not...so, along with a crab and shrimp soup (i was told to get seafood, after all), i also got two pupusas revueltas. oh, and a horchata. the meal was delicious. it comes with complimentary chips and salsa while you wait. the soup was awesome, especially since it came with a WHOLE CRAB...that's right, there was a whole crab, in the soup. perhaps i should have asked for a crab cracker, but i didn't...ah well, the creator meant for us to use our teeth...right? no? ok...the pupusas were awesome, too. i would've like more curdito, especially since other tables got a whole jar, but i wouldn't have been able to eat any more... salvadoreño food tucked away by a family fun center. why would you get pizza when you could have pupusas?

VERY BUSY Salvadoran restaurant tucked away in a strip mall across from Wayne Akers Ford on 10th Ave in Lake Worth. Most meals are under $10. We had the grilled shrimp with rice and plantains and then ordered some cheese pupusas to go. Decor is simple and they've got a jukebox puiping out Salvadoran music. Service is quick, friendly and efficient but if you want pupusas, order in advance as they take some time to prepare. El Guanaco is very hard to find even if you are looking for it and it was really surprising to see how busy it was. This is clearly an eatery that serves up excellent, inexpensive food and is thriving solely on word-of-mouth advertising. Check it out!
